Herald Posting Policy
The five W's

Focus on the who, what, when, where and why.
Objectivity
Avoid personal opinion. Stick to reporting objective facts that can be validated.
Civility
Crude or vulgar language or material intended to libel or defame another will be censored.
Brevity
Write and edit tightly, so posts can be quickly read and understood.
Accuracy
Make sure names, places and dates are correct. Double check or cross-reference facts. Spell check before submission.
Attribution
Include your avie name on posts. Provide proper credit for images used, or sources of information.

Contributions
Use the form at left to submit a text item. Use the email below to submit associated images, referencing the date, attribution and subject of the submitted text item.
The Herald is an independant reporting agency unaffilated with any website group that chooses to include it as an added feature. It encourages the contribution on issues, events or updates of import to the Role Play community in Second Life. Use the form below to submit your contribution for review by the editor.

Acceptance

The Herald reserves the right to refuse any content it deems unsuitable for publication, redundant to existing content, in violation of posting policies, or not germane to the needs of the greater medieval community in second life.
Contributors will not be notified of rejection or acceptance of material unless warrranted by questions prior to publication.

Editing
The Herald is not responsible for the content of any published submission but reserves the right to edit any contribution in accortance with its posting policies.
Publication
Scheduled publication of an accepted submission will be at the descretion of the editor.

Supported images for review can be sent using the email to editor below. Make copies for personal records as submissions can not be returned.
