Capt. Blinker stepped down as chair of the UNITED JOUSTERS organization naming Rena (Wickedfox73) and (Valkyrie) Maddee to co-chair the group. They will take over the meeting schedule and running the Grand Joust.
UPDATE: CELTIC ISLE CLOSES JULY 1, 2015
Capt. Blinker announced the sale of Celtic Isle which had served as the host for the Tuesday Celtic Joust and the United Jousters headquarters.
Celtic has been sold, I will be looking for a new place to hold the Celtic jousts, hopefully this wont take too long (already have a few option which my team will be looking at shortly)

UPDATE: CELTIC JOUSTS ENDS IN OCTOBER
The Celtic Isle joust stopped breifly after the sale of Celtic Isle in July, and resumed at the end of July, rotating between a few UJ member Realms such as Brinner Duchy of Schleswig, Darkfire for several months thereafter. Its final joust was in October, 2014.
'Celtic' was a popular joust begun in June of 2012 by Capt. Blinker with the release of his STAR List and Scoreboard system. Celtic Isle had been a long time supporter of the DDA and SLTA until the activation of the United Jousters group. Following in the SLTA's footseps, the Celtic Isle Joust became the second joust to track jouster points and offer Master of Lance recognition.
UPDATE: GRAND JOUST ENDS OCTOBER 24, 2015
The United Jousters Grand Joust ended October 24, 2015 in Nevermore after several sponsoring groups had withdrawn from the joust due to lack of interest and participation. Among them; Dragonslair, Summerwind, Highgarden and Darkfire.
In a note from Dragonslair, Nephilm Ventris cited lack of interest and support:
UJ Grand Joust Rotation
Tue 27 Oct 2015 14:35:58
After much consideration we at the Dragon's Lair are formally withdrawing our realm from the UJ Grand Joust rotation due to lack of interest and support from the UJ group itself and due to the fact it has come solely to rest on a few realms instead of the responsibility being shared by all. We at Dragon's Lair of course will continue to hold our regular scheduled events, also adding some new events to the abandoned time slots.
- Nephilim Ventris
The joust had originally been proposed as an 'Intersim' joust to be scheduled at the same time as the Friday SLTA Intersim Joust. Following protests by members over intentional schedule conflicts, it was changed to a Saturday schedule and proposed as the InterLeague joust. The first joust debuted on June 7, 2014 as the 'UJ Grand Joust'.
Its Saturday schedule was given to others requesting additional jousting time slots.
UPDATE 1/2016: UNITED JOUSTER WEBSITE OFFLINE
By January 18, 2016, the United Jousters website was no longer available.
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
It's not just you! http://unitedjousters.com looks down from here.
The website was the official spot of agendas, meeting minutes, regulations and tracking jousts for affiliated UJ members since the websites re-launch on March 4, 2014.
The group was activated in January 2014, but active participation in the groups meetings and jousts declined in 2015, with regular weekly meetings ending in late 2015. The group remains open in SL for posting events.
UPDATE 2/2016: UNITED JOUSTER WEBSITE RESTORED
In a February 25, 2015 notice through the UJ group, Capt. Blinker reported the United Jousters website has been restored online and will be updated with 2016 jousting scores.
In an earlier notice he had reported the United Jousters domain name UnitedJousters.com had expired and could only be reissued for a substantial cost.
Users are now being directed to a new site: UnitedJousters.org
UPDATE 2/2017: UNITED JOUSTER WEBSITE UPDATED
Through 2016, the UJ website remained a record of Celtic Isle jousts from May 2012 through 2013, and United Jouster results from January 2014 through 2015.
Recently, the archive has been updated through the current year, but due to the practice of excluding DDA jousts (accounting for 30% of all jousts in Second Life) it does not provide a comprehensive list of all joust events or a reliable record of individual jouster performance.
UPDATE 12/2017: UNITED JOUSTER WEBSITE OFFLINE
Last viewed with few new updates.
UPDATE 11/2018: NO NEW UPDATES
